Most prepared foods have more chemical additives than essential nutrients. Some people condemn vaccines and eat hundreds of processed and prepared foods without given synthetic chemical additives a second thought. Besides adding unnecessary calories to their diet resulting in weight gain and increased risk of series chronic diseases, prepared foods also have dozens of poorly tested or untested chemical additives. Consumers are used as guinea pigs. Research shows people eating the fewest prepared foods have fewer diseases and live longer lives.
