Frying is one of the fastest ways to cook fish fillets. It can go from pan to table in about 10 minutes including preheating the skillet.
For people with celiac disease or wheat allergy, restaurant and prepared breaded fish is off limits. That does not mean that fried fish is off the menu completely.
This video shares two simple ways to cook gluten-free fried fish fillets in just minutes. The simplest is seasoned fillets with no coating. The other replaces wheat flout with corn starch and cornmeal.
