Pegan is the brainchild of Dr Mark Hyman, best selling diet book author and PBS pledge drive program host. Like most fad, miracle diets, pegan’s health benefits are miraculous results are only documented on Dr. Hyman’s website, books, and PBS program. There are no published clinical trials to back up his claims.
Like most fad diets, pegan emphasizes eating mostly organic foods, and pasture raised or grass-fed meat. It is another diet for the haves while the have nots struggle with increasing obesity and diabetes.

Cord pose continues our serious of balance poses. Good balance is important as one grows older. Falls are a leading cause of death among the elderly.
You can do Cord pose from Garland 1 or Mountain poses.
In addition to improving balance, Cord pose stretches arm and leg muscles, relieves neck stiffness, and improves focus and concentration.

Sanskrit Name: Pasasana
Difficulty Level: 5
Start Position: Garland 1
Instructions:
Step 1.
From Garland 1, place your knees and feet together and twist your body to the left.
Step 2.
Hook your right shoulder outside of your left thigh and place your left arm behind your back.
Step 3.
Grab your your left wrist with your right hand. Use a strap if you cannot reach your wrist.
Step 4.
Hold the pose for 4 or 5 breathes, or as long as it feels comfortable. Release and return to Garland 1. Repeat on the other side if desired.

Thanks to the open Internet, anyone can leave a review, comment, or rating. Some are accurate and helpful and others are not. Up to 50% of online reviews are fake.
After years of looking for an induction compatible griddle for my cooking videos, I found the GreenPan® Valencia Pro griddle. Like most products, it was rated 1 to 5 stars. The 1-star reviews claimed everything stuck to the griddle and it was very difficult to clean. These reviews contradicted reviews by highly reputable sources. Not surprisingly, the highly reputable sources won out.
