Facts and myths about the pegan diet combining the “health benefits” of vegetarian and paleo diets. Pegan is the brainchild of Dr Mark Hyman, best selling diet book author and PBS pledge drive program host. Like most fad, miracle diets, pegan’s health benefits are miraculous results are only documented on Dr. Hyman’s website, books, and PBS program.
