There are many low carb diets. Eating a low carb diet does not mean eating a low plant food diet. Plant foods are a major source of carbohydrates. Plant foods also provide fat, protein and 100’s of other nutrients. Plant foods are a major source of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer nutrients. Plant foods are also low inflammation foods.

Research indicates people eating a high fiber diets slow the aging process and live longer, healthy lives. The only source of fiber is plant foods. Diets high in protein and fat and low in carbohydrates tend to be low fiber diets. In addition to possibly accelerating the aging process, low fiber diets can cause irregularity and change gut flora (bacteria). Fiber is also known as a prebiotic that feeds gut bacteria.

2021 Video Comments Retrospective
YouTube viewer comments are welcome, but some people and organizations use comments to sew doubt and dispense misinformation. Interestingly, controversial topic receive negative comment with minutes go publication. In one case, two supposedly different viewers left identically worded comments. Like most websites, there are many fake YouTube comments.
