Enchilada are a popular Mexican Food. Making individual enchiladas can be time consuming. Frozen enchilada meals have more calories and sodium than a homemade enchilada meal.
The simple chicken enchilada casserole recipe in this video is high in fiber and protein. Although the amount of sodium is high using prepared enchilada sauce, it is less than most frozen and restaurant enchiladas. Using homemade enchilada sauce will significantly reduce the amount of sodium
